Kindly log on to https://ijele.novohealthafrica.org and login with your Policy Number and Password
NB: Your policy number should be imputed without space. i.e. NHA-123456789012
This feature is for Staff who want to register for the first time and have his/her phone number on the staff list with Novo health Africa.
Go to https://ijele.novohealthafrica.org/Home/EnrolleeLogin Click on “Sign Up”
Fill in your registered phone number and Get PIN
A 4-digit pin will be sent to your registered number and email address. You are required to fill the PIN and Login.
Fill in all the field and click on Update Profile
NB: Password should not be less than 6 characters. The word “password” is not allowed. Use at least one special character and number.
Click Apply for Specific Requests
Select the type of change from the dropdown filed and fill the form accordingly then submit.
NB: Novo health Africa will approve before your changes takes effect
Click on Edit Profile
Edit your information as desired and click Update Profile
NB: This update takes effect immediately and does not require approval
Click on Dependant then Add Dependant
Fill the initial form and continue
NB: You cannot add passport at this stage
Fill all other information and Save changes
NB: New dependent added will be approved by Novo within 24hrs before it reflects on your profile
Click on your Name/Profile
Click on Dashboard.
Click on Enrollee Id Card
Click on View Enrollee ID Card
Click on Download ID Card or Print ID Card as desired
Click on Dependant then ID card
Click on Download of Print Id Card as desired
Visit Ijele.novohealthafrica.org and click Enrollee Login
Login with your Policy Number and Password
On the Dashboard, click Verify for Provider Visit
Select your desired Provider and click Verify Visit
A verification code will be generated and sent to your registered phone number (NB: Phone number should not be on DND)
Select your desired provider and check the box (For Dependant)
To select the dependant then verify visit
Click on Medical History
Type the Provider Name, Month or Diagnosis in the Search box
Click on Book Appointment
NB: This will redirect you to a new page as shown below
Click Cancel
Click on Enrollee Benefit
NB: You can use the plus (+) sign to view benefit details
Click to view Enrollee Refunds
Click to Add New Refunds
This action will redirect you to a new page as shown below
Fill the form completely and save.
NB: Supporting documents must be uploaded.
Click to view Hospital List
Click on Medical Request History
Click on Support Messages to view messages
Click on Compose Message
Fill the form and click Send Message
Click on Annual Medical Check
Click Annual Medical Check Up to book a new appointment
NB: Annual medical check is activated by Novo Health and must be booked 24hrs before hand
Click on Feedback
Click on Make Feedback to fill the for and send
Click on Logout
