How To Generate A Verification Code To Access Care At The Hospital

Step 1: Visit ijele.novohealthafrica.org & Go-to the Enrollee login tab and click.

Step 2: Log in using your Policy Number and Password.

Step 3: On the homepage, locate the "Verify for Provider Visit" tab (the green button) and click. For             mobile users, scroll toward the middle of the page to find the "Verify for Provider Visit" tab.

Step 4: Select the Hospital and click "Verify Visit" to obtain your code.

If your dependent requires care, check the "for dependent" box before clicking "Verify Visit".

Remember to save the code and present it upon arrival at the hospital.
